NatWest and Getty Images are working together to create a more realistic visual representation of female entrepreneurs.

About the collection

This month, NatWest, in partnership with Getty Images, is launching a nationwide movement to tackle stereotypes of female founders and help create a more diverse and inclusive visual landscape that shows entrepreneurs as they really are.

Nominate a female business owner – or yourself, if you are one – to help NatWest and Getty Images create a truly representative library of images that champions successful female entrepreneurship.

Submissions will be judged by a respected industry panel, and the winning businesses will receive a bespoke package of upskilling and support. All images will sit within the Getty Images library.

The prize package for the 15-winning female-led enterprises is as follows:

  • Professional portraits taken by Getty Images, to sit within the Getty Images library and free for you to use for your own marketing
  • 1:1 session with an Acceleration Manager to assess their needs and connect them to bespoke support
  • Coaching sessions with either an Entrepreneur Accelerator Manager or Scale Up Accelerator Manager
  • Regular financial health checks for up to one year after receiving the prize
  • Support and expertise from the bank’s network and mentors
